2. Ordering products:
You may order products from the website by selecting the items
and quantities that you wish to buy and adding them to your
shopping basket. You can view your shopping basket at any
time. The total price and number of items purchased will always
be displayed at the top of the page. To complete your order
you must proceed to the checkout when you have finished shopping
and you will be automatically transmitted to our bank’s
secure e-payment server to make your payment.
You will receive confirmation of your order by email to the
email address you give when you register.
3. Payment and price:
Payment is in advance by credit or debit card on our website.
Payment is accepted in pounds sterling or Euros. We will only
process payments if we obtain authorization. Goods will not
be dispatched until payment is made.
The price of the goods will be the price displayed on the
website at the time we accept your order. The price will include
any applicable VAT, but not the cost of delivery.
In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery
charges as quoted in the website at the time we accept your
order. Our delivery charges vary according to the method of
delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.
4. Acceptance of orders:
There will be no binding contract of any kind between you
and us until we dispatch the goods to you. Until then we may
decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason.
5. Unavailability of products:
If goods are not available we will notify you of the unavailability
as soon as possible by email. You will be given the option
of waiting for the goods to come into stock or canceling your
order. If you decide to cancel your order we will refund all
payments in full to your credit or debit card.
6. Delivery:
We will arrange for delivery of the goods you order by the
method and to the address which you specify when ordering.
Goods will normally be delivered within the time specified
on our website, but we cannot guarantee delivery by these
times.
If you do not take delivery of the goods or supply adequate
delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain
the goods. In this event, we will refund you the price of
the goods, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery
charges.
7. Orders from outside the UK:
If you are outside the UK, you are responsible for any import
duties and other taxes which may apply once the goods reach
your country. Please contact your local customs office for
more information.
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations
of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Sales on this website are made on the strict understanding
that such sale or use of goods is lawful in your country and
does not breach contracts which restrict distribution in your
country (and you must take reasonable steps to check). If
such sale or use is unlawful or impermissible, any contract
of sale will be void from the start. If you become aware of
this, please notify us immediately and return the goods to
us.
8. Ownership:
Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until we have
received cleared payment for the goods.
9. Cancellation of orders and returns policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working
days of delivery of the goods if you are not happy with the
products. Cancellation must be by letter, fax or email. You
must return the goods unopened and in a reasonable condition
together with the invoice to the above address and at your
own expense.
We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products
until a member of staff has viewed and signed for their receipt.
Products must be safely packaged to prevent any damage. We
recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service.
You cannot cancel your order if you have opened the product
containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights
concerning the quality of those products are not affected.
Any damaged products or breakages must be notified to us
in writing within three days of receipt of the goods.
Any refunds due will only be issued to the same credit or
debit card used for the original purchase.
10. Limit of liability
This section (and any other clause excluding or restricting
our liability) applies to our directors, officers, employees,
subcontractors, agents or affiliated companies as well as
to us.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not
exceed the total price charged for the relevant goods.

and any disputes will be decided only in the English courts.
If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed ineffective
for any reason, the remainder shall continue in full force.
A person who is not party to this agreement shall have no
right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999
